1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using JustGet10 (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on a device you own or control.

3. Game & Content

• Availability: We aim to provide a great gaming experience, but we do not guarantee that the App or any specific content will always be available or uninterrupted.
• Ownership: All game assets, artwork, and code are the intellectual property of Bitwise.
• Restrictions: You may not copy or redistribute the game outside of the App’s built-in "share" features.

4. Leaderboards & Fair Play

To keep the game fun for everyone, you agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to play the game.
• Modify the game files or use "mods" to gain a competitive advantage on leaderboards.
• Submit offensive or inappropriate usernames.

We reserve the right to reset scores or ban users who violate these rules.

5. Virtual Items & Progress

• No Cash Value: Any virtual items or "streaks" earned in the game have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Data Loss: While we try to sync progress via Google Firebase, we are not responsible for lost "streaks" or progress due to technical issues or app deletion.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "AS IS". Bitwise is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, device damage, or frustration over a particularly difficult level.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
